Originally carved in 1993 by artist Frank Navone for his wife, Sandy, The Wisemen carry a personal story spanning more than three decades. These special carvings were first reproduced in 2024, bringing their timeless character to new homes and Christmas collections.

Every Santa begins with an original carving by Frank. From that carving, a precision mold is made in the Navone workshop and carefully cast in pecan-shell resin. Each Santa then returns to Sandy, where it is individually painted, distressed, antiqued, and carefully detailed to capture the warm, timeworn character of an early American heirloom

Wise Man in Forest Green — Left

Standing upright with his arms resting at his sides, this wise man has a quiet, steadfast presence. His deep forest green robe is accented with antique gold trim, dark cuffs, and a warm russet shoulder cape brushed with gold. A matching green head covering frames his slender face, where blue eyes, rosy cheeks, and a short white beard give him a thoughtful expression. Reproduced in resin from an original hand-carved figure, he preserves the simple lines and expressive character of traditional folk art.

Wise Man in Antique Gold — Center

With his hands gently clasped at his waist, this wise man stands in a peaceful pose of reflection. An antique gold hooded cloak surrounds his rich cranberry robe, decorated with delicate gold floral motifs. A long painted necklace ending in a gold cross adds detail to the front of his garment.

His blue eyes, full white eyebrows, rosy cheeks, and pointed white beard create a kindly, contemplative face. The broad folds of his cloak and warm brown base lend him a grounded, stately presence. Tall and slender, this wise man stands with his arms angled inward and his hands resting gently against the front of his robe. His muted colonial blue garment features fine gold lines, dark blue cuffs, and a deep cranberry hood and shoulder cape adorned with gold diamond motifs.

Beneath his hood, bright blue eyes, strong white eyebrows, and rosy cheeks give his long face a solemn expression. A white mustache and tapered beard complete his dignified appearance. Standing on a warm brown base, this resin replica faithfully carries the angular lines and distinctive personality of the original hand-carved figure.
